Orenco Systems OLS Control Panels
OLS Control Panels from Orenco Systems are designed and built for an array of municipal pumping applications including wastewater lift stations, stormwater pump stations, dewatering pump control, sludge pumping and freshwater boosting. The panels are available with Orenco Cloud service, which eliminates the need for a separate SCADA system. As another option, the panels can be connected to an existing SCADA system. Parameters can be configured with the user-friendly startup wizard via a remote computer or tablet or using the included touchscreen. Engineers will preprogram user interfaces to the site-specific needs of an installation, making the panel virtually “plug and play.” Maintenance staff can easily adjust settings and monitor the system remotely. The panels are weatherproof and UL 508A listed. They also include service-rated circuit protection, phase and voltage protection and level controls. 877-257-8712; www.orencocontrols.com

FCI - Fluid Components International ST100A Series Flow Meter
With a rugged, precision thermal dispersion flow sensor, the ST100A Series Flow Meter from FCI - Fluid Components International eliminates wet gas and entrained moisture issues affecting biogas measurement accuracy in wastewater treatment digester applications. Its shielded wet gas sensor shunts water vapor away before it reaches the sensor and prevents any water vapor from collecting on the sensor head to avoid corrosion and therefore any measurement inaccuracy or consistency issues. It can be calibrated to measure virtually any wet gas composition, mixed gases, dirty gases and specialty gases. The basic insertion style air/gas flow meter measures air/gas flow from 0.25 to 1000 SFPS with accuracy of ± 0.75% of reading, ± 0.5% of full scale. These meters are agency-approved for hazardous environments, including the entire instrument, the transmitter and the NEMA 4X/IP67 rated enclosure. In addition to SIL-1, approvals include ATEX, IECEx, FM and FMc. 760-744-6950; www.fluidcomponents.com
