Last summer, Treatment Plant Operator hosted a live webinar in which in which Veolia Water Technologies gave a presentation on IFAS/MBBR and deammonification technologies, and took time to answer questions after the presentation.

You’ll learn how numerous facilities have difficulties finding simple, efficient and cost-effective biological wastewater technologies that can enable them to achieve their nutrient removal goals — without new construction or with the smallest possible footprint. 

This webinar presents two case studies on how the media-based IFAS and deammonification processes helped two plants achieve total nitrogen removal limits in two distinct ways.

Presenters include Larry Li, AnoxKaldnes product manager for Veolia Water Technologies in Cary, North Carolina; Greg Stack, utilities manager for the City of Dickinson in North Dakota; and Edyta Stec-Uddin, senior engineer of capital planning for the Metro Wastewater Reclamation District in Denver, Colorado.
