The city also was the Meter System of the Year at the Ferguson Utility Solutions Expo.Clearwater Public Utilities was recognized as the Wastewater Collection System of the Year by the Florida Water Environment Association for utilities serving communities of 20,000 to 75,000 accounts.Russell City Manager Jon Quinday received the 2024 Edgar P.
