Problem
Tight schedule constraints forced Crossland Heavy Contractors of Columbus, Kan., to install new filter media at the Lake Fort Smith (Ark.) Water Treatment Plant after the precast roof was installed.
Solution
Project engineer Ryan Adler worked with Flo Trend to build an eductor system using a Media Mover Jet Hopper large enough to hold a super-sack of media.
