When Rhonda Harris was 6 years old, she knew what she wanted to do: “I was going to be a civil engineer. I’m one of the few people who knew what they were going to do upon going to college.”
Little did she know that her career path would lead to becoming a trainer of wastewater, drinking water and stormwater professionals around the world. In recognition of her contributions, in 2019 she received the Kay Kutchins Education Leader Award, presented by the Texas Section American Water Works Association.
