Mt. Zion selects AMI network from Mueller Systems
The Village of Mt. The system will link more than 2,100 commercial and residential meters, enabling staff to monitor consumption remotely in real time.
Echologics and United Water sign agreement
Echologics, a provider of acoustic-based technologies for water loss management, leak detection and pipe condition assessment, signed a three-year master services agreement with United Water. The agreement enables any operating division of United Water to readily use Echologics leak detection and condition assessment services.
The agreement is the result of a successful transmission main leak detection pilot project in fall 2010 that included testing of five miles of water mains, including large-diameter reinforced concrete pipe, pre-stressed cylinder concrete, and cast-iron pipe for United Water New Jersey (UWNJ).
