The 4320 high-efficiency, low-speed submersible mixer from Flygt - a Xylem brand couples a high-efficiency mixer and motor efficiency with an integrated variable-frequency drive to deliver mixing with adjustability and simplicity. High product efficiency and adjustable speed makes it possible to change mixing to actual and changing conditions. Coupling an integrated drive with a synchronous motor, it eliminates the need for an external VFD. Speed controls are easily adjusted with a small operator panel or controlled remotely from central control systems via Modbus protocol. Two- or three-bladed propeller models are available in 4.6, 6.6 and 8.2 feet. It has soft start and stop, and a high power factor up to 0.94, and high cos phi up to 0.999.
