The V-2000 Photometer from CHEMetrics is an LED portable water analyzer that measures over 50 analytes using Vacu-vials self-filling reagent ampoules. Operator safety is ensured with no sample preparation, mixing or chemical contact. It displays concentration, absorbance or percent transmittance. Wavelength accuracy is plus-or-minus 2 nm. It has automatic wavelength selection, with a photometric range of 0 to 2 A. It stores up to 100 data points with date/time tags for later download to a lab computer or printer (RS232 output). It has Web-based upload capacity for quick updates. Tests include ammonia, COD, copper, DEHA, hydrazine, molybdate, phosphate and sulfide.
