Chuck Gorman, assistant director of the State Revolving Fund for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control Bureau of Water, received the Friend of Rural Water Award from the South Carolina Rural Water Association.The Norfolk Water Pollution Control Plant received the Scott Wilber Award for outstanding operations and maintenance from the Nebraska Water Environment Association. The facility also received the Gold Safety Award for excellence in accident prevention and the WEF George W. Burke Jr. Safety Award.Megan Watt of Sidney (Ohio) Wastewater Treatment Department received the Rookie of the Year award at the city’s annual Service Awards Program.The
