COLE Publishing has announced that registration will open May 1 for the Wastewater Equipment (WEQ) Fair, which is slated to take place in Nashville, Tennessee, Oct. 5-7. The event will bring together industry professionals, manufacturers and training providers for three days of exhibits, education and networking.

The WEQ Fair will be held at the Nashville Fairgrounds, conveniently located about 10 minutes from downtown, the airport and plenty of restaurants and hotels. The official host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center.

Event schedule

The WEQ Fair will begin Monday, Oct. 5, with move-in, setup and education sessions scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Tuesday, Oct. 6, exhibit hours and additional education sessions will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will conclude on Wednesday, Oct. 7, with exhibit hours and education sessions taking place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Once registration opens May 1, it will cost $25 per person through July 1 with pricing increasing to $45 per person thereafter. Registration includes access to exhibits and admission to the Pumper & Cleaner Expo 45th Anniversary Reunion Celebration.

The Pumper & Cleaner Expo 45th Anniversary Reunion Celebration will be held Oct. 6 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the exhibition hall.

The reunion and celebration will feature live entertainment, complimentary beer and a cash bar, offering attendees a relaxed networking opportunity. Anyone who has ever attended a past event is encouraged to share stories and catch up with old friends.

Training opportunities

The Waste Treatment Symposium presented by the National Association of Wastewater Technicians, National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association, Portable Sanitation Association International and State Onsite Regulators Association will be held Oct. 5. NAWT also will present an Inspection Standards Certification Course and Vacuum Truck Technician Training Course.
