Sampling Systems - Electro-Chemical Devices DC80

The DC80 DeChlorination Analyzer from Electro-Chemical Devices is a panel-mounted, ready-to-use instrument designed to monitor very low levels of total chlorine in municipal drinking water, helping ensure the chlorine has been removed after water treatment to within allowable levels before discharging the water. It relies on a zero-shift design for measurement of chlorine from 0 to 20 ppm. It is assembled with a total chlorine analyzer, which is fitted with a chlorine-dosing pump that feeds a metered amount of chlorine into the outfall of a constant head flow controller. The analyzer’s offset feature allows the zero point to be shifted by the amount of chlorine that is added. The total chlorine sensor measures 3 to 5 ppm of total chlorine, which provides for a reliable measurement, and the analyzer displays the concentration of total chlorine present in the sample. 800/729-1333; www.ecdi.com.
