The Flexible Clarifier Cover from Industrial & Environmental Concepts can be used on clarifiers and tanks of all sizes. It is constructed of industrial-strength, UV-protected geomembrane, with an anticipated service life of 15 to 20 years. It is available in gray or green colors, and each cover is custom designed for local wind, rain and snowfall conditions. Stainless steel ratchets provide tensioning from the central cone downward, distributing it around the tank’s circumference. If the gearbox or other equipment needs to be removed, the cover can be disassembled and removed in approximately four hours with three laborers and a crane.
