Perhaps no one has gained more from experience than LaTia Jutan.Taking advice from her mom, developing management skills in her own cleaning business and learning about wastewater treatment as an operator in training, Jutan rose to superintendent of the wastewater plants and lift stations in Baytown, Texas, in just 12 years.In 2022, she received the William D.
