Veolia expands footprint in Brazil

With more than 25 years’ experience supporting water operators across the U.S. and internationally, she brings a wealth of knowledge in chemistry, biological processes and system optimization for both drinking water and wastewater treatment. White has shared her expertise at WEFTEC annually since 2012 and serves as an instructor at Colorado’s Advanced School for Water and Wastewater and the Leadville School for Water. Contributions to the industry also include co-authoring the WEF Wastewater Fundamentals III Study Guide and Standards for Operation of Nutrient Removal Facilities (WEF 37-24).

ResinTech appoints Kevin Osborn as residential sales manager
ResinTech has appointed Kevin Osborn as residential sales manager for the United States market. INDCO celebrates 50 years of industrial mixing
INDCO is celebrating its 50th anniversary as a provider of mixing system solutions, specializing in batch sizes up to 50,000 gallons. The company, founded in 1975 as a producer of portable industrial mixers for the paint and coatings industry, is headquartered in New Albany, Indiana. Charles E. Broadus, a former chemical engineer for DuPont, created his first mixer product line to sell to his former employer. Once established, he branched out and expanded to serve the broader paint and coatings industry.
Hawkins acquires WaterSurplus
WaterSurplus announced that the assets of Surplus Management, doing business as WaterSurplus, have been acquired by Hawkins. Founded in 1989, WaterSurplus provides sustainable water treatment solutions across industries throughout the United States and internationally. The company’s offerings include membrane separation and certified NSF/ANSI 61 media filtration systems, engineering and design services, custom turnkey equipment, rapid-response PFAS removal solutions, a diverse rental fleet and surplus equipment sales.
Asahi/America introduces new district sales manager
Asahi/America has added Chris Cain to its outside sales team as district sales manager. Cain joined Asahi/America in February as district sales manager for the southeastern sales region of Florida and Georgia. He brings over 25 years’ experience to his new role where he will be responsible for supporting distributors and customers within his territory, offering product recommendations, support and project assistance.
John Kharsa to succeed Randy Brown at FCI
John Kharsa was appointed general manager of Fluid Components International by DwyerOmega, succeeding Randy Brown, who is retiring after 22 years of service in multiple leadership roles, most recently as FCI’s president. In his new role, Kharsa assumes full operational responsibility for FCI’s industrial process, nuclear power and aerospace business units. His oversight includes products and services, engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing, quality and profitability. Kharsa will report directly to DwyerOmega President Naoto Mizuta as part of DwyerOmega’s transition to a function-based organizational structure.
