WEFTEC Report: Turning (Reuse) Water Into Wine

You can hardly attend a wastewater treatment convention these days without being offered a taste of beer made with reclaimed water. Xylem has been in on that trend, but tried something quite different at the WEFTEC conference this week in New Orleans.
