When Louisville & Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District received the National Biosolids Partnership (NBP) seal last summer, it was as if the staff of the Morris Forman Water Quality Treatment Center itself had received a badge of honor.“It meant a lot,” says Sharon Worley, senior technical services engineer.
