According to the online El Paso Times, John E. Balliew has been named the new El Paso Water Utilities CEO. Balliew will replace Ed Archuleta who served as CEO for more than 20 years. 

Balliew said, “I believe I will bring continuity and innovation.” He started as a lab technician...
