The MDQ-500 series offers the highest dewatering capacity among multi-disk screw presses, capable of processing up to 2,700 pounds DS/hr of aerobically stabilized WAS sludge. The hydraulic capacity is up to 90 gpm per drum. A single MDQ-500 unit can be equipped with up to six dewatering drums, making it ideal for large-scale operations. Additionally, this press is suitable for use in containerized dewatering plants, providing flexibility for mobile or temporary installations.
