Pieralisi Centrifugal Decanter
Pieralisi offers a variety of high-efficiency solutions for sludge thickening and dewatering with significant environmental and economic advantages. The separation of liquid-solids occurs through the centrifugal force generated inside the decanter, resulting from the high rotation speed. The decanter is equipped with a main motor connected to the horizontal axis of the bowl. The product is fed into the machine through a feeding tube. After the separation, the clarified liquid is discharged from one side of the bowl through devices sized according to the specific application, and the dehydrated cake, accumulated on the bowl walls, is transported by a scroll and discharged on the opposite side of the clarified liquid outlet.
