SUEZ Water Technologies presented the mobile membrane bioreactor (MBR) at WEFTEC in Chicago. The unit is a fully integrated wastewater treatment system incorporating biological processes and ZeeWeed 500 ultrafiltration membranes in a compact, ready-to-operate unit designed for direct reuse or discharge applications that require high-quality effluent.

The unit is a self-contained system with modular connections for the process unit and bioreactor. It has an integrated drum screen and aeration diffusers and is digitally enabled with the company’s InSight asset performance management platform. The ultrafiltration membranes have a reinforced membrane fiber structure for durability. It is well suited for applications with variable influent quality and high levels of suspended solids.

High-quality component selection supports operations in a range of external environments. It can be deployed on demand to support customer needs for a bridge solution during maintenance outages. It integrates with existing wastewater treatment biological systems and can be easily installed within the existing treatment plant footprint

The package is designed to meet standard over-the-road dimensions for width, height and weight for ease of transportation. Visit www.suezwatertechnologies.com.
