UV Pure Technologies Announces Sale

Clearford Water Systems Inc., based in Ottawa, Ontario, has purchased a 91 percent interest in UV Pure. The transaction is expected to close on or before Dec. 10, 2014.Rick VanSant, president and CEO of UV Pure said, “Clearford and UV Pure know each other well, having worked together commercially since 2012. Clearford is a long-standing UV Pure customer that uses our patented UV disinfection systems as the final stage in its wastewater treatment solution Clearford One.
