The valves leave the factory pre-commissioned for applications, enabling quick plug-and-play installation. With a modular design and quick-change clamp-in-place seat, they can be altered to match changing plant conditions, rather than replacing the entire valve. No special tools are required and there is no need to take the valve out of the pipeline. Both electrically and pneumatically actuated Spira-trol valves from 1/2 to 4 inch up to flanged ANSI 150 versions are available within four business days.
