The CSB Corporation Stop is a versatile and cost-effective product designed to inject chemicals pumped by metering pumps into tanks, water mains, cooling towers and various process systems in the municipal, industrial, and commercial water treatment industries.
Corporation Stop is designed to be customized to the specific needs of your application, be it pipe diameter, connection size, or chemical in service.
The CSB Corporation Stop design provides an adjustable insertion length from 0 to 7.5 inches, allowing chemical to be dispersed well into the center stream of a variety of process pipe diameters, providing a more homogenous dispersion of chemical.
The Injection Quill portion of the CSB Corporation Stop can be installed and removed without disrupting or draining the process system. The included stainless steel retainer cable acts as an additional safety feature; prevents the complete removal of the quill from service without first closing the isolation valve.
The CSB Corporation Stop is available in materials of construction compatible with chemicals typically used in water treatment processes: PVC, CPVC (Corzan), 316L S/S and PVDF. With NPT or AWWA pipe connections with 1/2-inch inlet connections and 3/4-inch and 1-inch process connections, it is easily integrated into existing systems.
