A teenage construction worker in Goodyear, Arizona, was recently rescued after falling 30 feet into a manhole.

Fire crews from multiple cities responded to the incident and used a technical rescue team to safely extract the boy. The teen, who was alert and complained only of leg pain, was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

EPA Announces $3 Billion for Lead Pipe Replacement

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently announced $3 billion from President Biden’s Investing in America agenda to help every state and territory identify and replace lead service lines, preventing exposure to lead in drinking water.
