Minnesota has announced its PFAS Blueprint, which is a 191-page plan to aggressively address per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. The plan proposes inceasing regulations of PFAS through legislation and government agencies, and the blueprint could soon serve as a guide for other states.To read the PFAS Blueprint, click here.Report Makes Case for Funding Longer-Range Weather Forecasting A National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration report could spur Congress to approve the $15 million annual investment necessary to translate sub-seasonal to seasonal forecasting (S2S) from concept to implementation through pilot projects in the West. An advocacy effort is underway to fund the NOAA report to Congress. The idea is
