All Blue-White Chem-Pro diaphragm-type chemical metering pumps are equipped with the exclusive Dia-Flex PVDF diaphragm.
The high-performance DiaFlex all-PVDF diaphragm is manufactured 100% in-house and consists of an innovative single layer design, rather than the multiple layers of traditional diaphragms. Because there are not multiple layers, DiaFlex diaphragms exhibit zero breakdown or delamination, reducing field maintenance and thus downtime.
The all PVDF composition of both the pump head and the diaphragm ensures excellent chemical compatibility. The exclusive DiaFlex with patent-pending design is currently available in four sizes to accommodate varying flow rates.
DiaFlex PVDF diaphragms will retrofit Pro-Series Chem-Pro pumps now in service, making the switch to this high-performance diaphragm a simple in-field upgrade.
