With feed/output rates from 0.002 to 158.5 gph, the ProSeries-M M-4 peristaltic chemical metering pump is well-suited to large municipal water and wastewater treatment applications.
The ProSeries-M is an excellent choice when metering the harsh chemicals associated with these applications, such as sodium hypochlorite and hydrogen peroxide. These gas-forming chemicals can cause vapor lock in pumps with conventional check valves. The peristaltic ProSeries-M will not vapor lock or lose prime.
The M-4 delivers highly accurate, smooth and quiet injection of treatment chemicals. The units feature CNC machined squeeze rollers and two alignment rollers for optimum squeeze and tube life. The single piece heavy-duty rotor means no flexing and increased accuracy, and there are no metal springs or hinges to corrode.
The M-4 is equipped with a no-maintenance brushless variable speed motor with 10,000:1 turndown ratio. M-4 accepts pressures to 125 psi (8.6 bar).
