The Chem-Pro MC-2 and MC-3 diaphragm metering injector pumps are designed to meet the rigorous demands of municipal water and wastewater treatment.

The rugged Chem-Pro’s design can handle high-pressure applications, up to 175 psi and feed demands to 40 gph. It also is capable of a 200-1 turndown ratio.

These units have operator friendly digital controls with a backlit LCD display. The LCD displays output volume, motor speed, input signal value, service and alarm status. A snap-on polycarbonate cover protects the LCD control pad from both UV and the elements.

Chem-Pro is equipped with a superior PVDF pump head that has large double-ball ceramic valves and a built-in priming/degassing valve. The pump head has a 316 stainless steel pump head cover for added strength.

A large single-piece junction box provides easy access to the terminal block connectors, and includes ports for external wiring, such as Profibus, Modbus TCP, Profinet, Modbus RTU and Ethernet. Firmware is field upgradable.

The MC-2 and MC-3 pumps are fitted with Blue-White’s Dia-Flex single layer PVDF diaphragm, whereas traditional diaphragms have multiple layers. With no layers, this long-lasting diaphragm exhibits zero breakdown or delamination, reducing field maintenance and downtime. The Dia-Flex diaphragm is made 100 percent in-house. Each pump comes with a built-in diaphragm failure detection system with alarm.

Additional Chem-Pro features and benefits include: A remote start/stop function with signal input of 4-20 mA; feed rate resolution from 1 percent to 0.1 percent; a variable-speed drive; and a three-year warranty.

Units are NSF STD61, ETL, CE listed. NEMA 4X / lP66 rate.

Blue-White is ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
