TNE’s innovative cooling system is a total air-cooled system without any liquid or oil. More important, the enclosure is compliant with IP52 grade. TNE’s dustproof sound enclosure operates with only one air intake at the rear. Only clean air is drawn through air inlet filters, and hot air cooled from the motor isn’t used for air treatment. When there are many inlets, such as front, side and rear, on the enclosure it is very challenging to protect blowers from the dust. Also, many inlets and filters will increase the maintenance cost and time. It will cause catastrophic failures for the blower system if any dust or foreign substances penetrate the core.
