The City of Roseville and Brown and Caldwell recently announced a $19 million project to reduce nitrate discharges to water bodies and generate a renewable energy resource at the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (DCWWTP). The project has received a 2020 Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Project Achievement Award.
