Tnemec has announced the People's Choice winner for the 2016 Tank of the Year contest. A tank in Houston County, Georgia, claimed the title after receiving the most online votes during the contest. The elevated tank features a vivid red, white and blue design along with the acronym, EDIMGIAFAD, which stands for "Every Day in Middle Georgia is Armed Forces Appreciation Day." The tank's exterior was painted using an advanced fluoropolymer coatings system from Tnemec to provide unsurpassed color and gloss retention.The 500,000-gallon tank, with its patriotic color scheme, will be considered for the official 2016 Tank of the Year crown.
