UGSI Solutions announced the acquisition of PAX Water Technologies was completed Jan. 27. PAX Water is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of UGSI Solutions, which includes: Process Solutions, UGSI Chemical Feed, and Mobile Pipe Lining and Coating.
