Johnson Matthey acquired MIOX. The acquisition of the electrochemical generation business broadens Johnson Matthey’s Water Technologies portfolio of water purification products and services. MIOX will be part of Johnson Matthey’s new business division, headquartered in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
