Nederman MikroPul Thin Film Dryer

The Thin Film Dryer from Nederman MikroPul is a versatile sludge dryer that can process all types of sludge, including digested, undigested and industrial sludge, as low as 10% DS. It achieves a variable sludge dryness range of 30 to 95% DS, and the dryer has been successfully utilized for various applications such as Class A, landfilling, composting, alkaline stabilization, incineration, gasification, pyrolysis and solid fuel production. Orege Thickener

The Orege Thickener increases the total solids concentration of industrial and municipal sludges up to 6 to 8% Total Solids while transforming the rheology of the sludge and allowing it to remain pumpable. When placed before an anaerobic digester, the thickening device allows for a significant improvement of the biogas production due to the conditioning step. Flottweg Separation Technology Xelletor

Xelletor series separators from Flottweg Separation Technology include a rotor and scroll designed to reduce the consumption of polymer while also reducing energy consumption. Depending on biosolids quality, the centrifuge can save about 20% on energy while providing significantly better performance. Pieralisi Centrifugal Decanter

Pieralisi offers a variety of high-efficiency solutions for sludge thickening and dewatering with significant environmental and economic advantages. The separation of liquid-solids occurs through the centrifugal force generated inside the decanter, resulting from the high rotation speed. The decanter is equipped with a main motor connected to the horizontal axis of the bowl. The product is fed into the machine through a feeding tube. After the separation, the clarified liquid is discharged from one side of the bowl through devices sized according to the specific application, and the dehydrated cake, accumulated on the bowl walls, is transported by a scroll and discharged on the opposite side of the clarified liquid outlet. The ADS 30-yard open-top roll-off dewatering unit from AQUA-Zyme Disposal Systems can be filled with 22,000 to 25,000 gallons of biosolids at 1% to 2% solids in about two hours. After draining for 24 hours, the unit can be picked up using a standard-capacity roll-off truck and transported for solids disposal. Sludge volume can be reduced by 80% with reductions to 98% in BOD, COD, FOG and TSS. PWTech Volute DUO 

The PWTech Volute DUO adapts the original dewatering drum concept for more efficient dewatering of difficult biosolids. When dewatered, biosolids that contain high concentrations of fibrous, inorganic or adhesive material can form a compacted cake that can be difficult to extrude from a traditional screw press. This can lead to clogging and may require reducing cake solids to avoid plugging. Utilizing twin counter-rotating screws inside a single drum to break up and move feed solids for dewatering, the unit enables maximum cake solids without compromising performance. Using a separate drive mechanism so the moving rings do not contact the screws as they move, the design also further reduces wear on the press, resulting in many years of maintenance-free operations. Federal Screen Products MBBR Screens
