Michigan's Waterford Township faced the retirement of multiple Public Works staff members, some with more than three decades of water and wastewater knowledge.
Leaders also wanted to improve integration between the township's computerized systems and standardize workflow. To address both issues, the Public Works Department deployed Proficy Workflow work process management software from GE Intelligent Platforms.
