The Northern Light community newspaper of Blaine and Birch Bay, Wash., reports on a new internship program at the Lighthouse Point Water Reclamation Facility in Blaine. Kimberley Rose is the first intern there under a program established by Bellingham Technical College (BTC). The internship is a college credit program and requires 165 hours of work over the summer.
