You might think a wastewater treatment plant would be the last place thieves would strike, especially if your plant is down a road at the edge of town. But don’t tll that to the folks at the Shoal Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Neosho, Mo.
The Neosho Daily News reports that last week thieves broke into the plant, stole thousands of dollars worth of tools, and drove off in a city service truck (later recovered).
The burglars forced open a locked door to the shop building and took power tools and hand tools. Then they opened the garage doors and took off
