TV station WYTV in Youngstown, Ohio, reports that the Struthers Fireman's Association held its annual spaghetti dinner benefit for Kenny Stiver and Gary Wilson, both seriously injured in an explosion at the Struthers Wastewater Treatment Plant on Feb. 23. Stiver is a former member of the volunteer department.
“Members of the Struthers Fire Department say when they arrived on the scene of the explosion it was already a tense situation, but tension ran even higher when they realized one of the victims was one of their own,” the TV station reported.
