Enhancing Electrical Safety through NFPA 70E Compliance

Water treatment and wastewater facilities often face electrical safety challenges due to the ongoing presence of water and tough environmental conditions. This presentation gives an overview of how compliance with NFPA 70E, the Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace, can help mitigate electrical hazards and enhance worker safety throughout a facility.

Jarvis Brown is the Central Region Business Development Representative for MELTRIC, manufacturer of industrial plugs and receptacles. He previously worked as an Inside Sales Representative specializing in water/wastewater for USA Bluebook.    Jarvis, a former professional baseball player, was drafted in 1986 by the Minnesota Twins. He played for several MLB teams throughout his career and was a member of the 1991 Minnesota Twins World Series Championship team.
