This Manager Owes Success to a Solid Crew and Prudent Equipment Investments

Nearly all the critical equipment has been upgraded at the two wastewater plants in Laurel, Mississippi

Operations and maintenance manager Devin Snyder of the Laurel (Mississippi) Wastewater Department knows his two plants and 50 lift stations inside and out. Handling a mix of heavy industrial and municipal flows of about 4 mgd at each plant, Snyder says his team of seven workers is the best crew he could dream of. “These guys are out here at night, on holidays, during storms, they take pride in their jobs, and they’re the reason I’m successful.”
