Join lead operator Russell Coleman of the Oostanaula Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Athens, Tennessee, as he shows off the process used to turn sewage into the facility’s registered fertilizer, marketed as AthenaGro. Part of the process uses an Andritz belt press to dewater the biosolids, taking the material from 4 percent solids to between 15 and 17 percent solids.
