Esmil Corporation showcased the Roller Press JD Series, designed to dewater wastewater sludge containing high levels of minerals and fats or coarse, abrasive, and fibrous materials. It handles high-mineral-content sludge without abrasive wear or jamming. Self-cleaning rollers prevent clogging and do not require water for flushing. Compact and enclosed design and energy efficiency contribute to low cost of ownership. The device is designed for sludges from municipal wastewater treatment plants with the capacity up to 27 mgd and is also suitable for water treatment sludges and a variety of industrial applications. Sensors are compatible with the Envirolog 4G telemetry and data hosting package Valeport Cloud. Real-time data is available. Excel Fluid Group offered HDPE package pumping stations designed for sewage and stormwater applications needing a lightweight, corrosion-resistant solution. Made with Weholite structurally reinforced polyethylene meeting ASTM F894, the devices are suited for harsh applications. The polyethylene wet wells are immune to hydrogen sulfide, pH corrosion and deterioration. Stations are available up to 11 feet in diameter and 55 feet deep with a wide range of submersible pumps, including grinder and non-clog style units.
