Water Treatment Plant Finds Solutions to Priming and Leak Issues with Dual-Diaphragm Chemical Feed Pump

A Massachusetts water treatment plant doses sodium hypochlorite at 1 gph and 100 psi for the treatment of bacterial and other contaminants. The sodium hypochlorite causes issues with keeping the pump primed. The pumps were also leaking causing an unsafe environment.

The solution was to find a diaphragm pump that would mimic the performance traits of a peristaltic pump when pumping gaseous fluid.
