The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation has submitted its initial spend plan for fiscal year 2022 funding allocations authorized in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law to the U.S. Congress.
This spend plan represents a blueprint for how Reclamation will invest in communities to address drought across the West as well as greater water infrastructure throughout the country. Reclamation will be provided $1.66 billion annually to support a range of infrastructure improvements for fiscal years 2022 through 2026.“The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law is the largest investment in the resilience of physical and natural systems in American history,” says Assistant Secretary for Water and Science Tanya
