Franklin Miller SUPER SHREDDER SS2400
The SUPER SHREDDER from Franklin Miller is an in-line disintegrator that reduces a variety of liquid borne solids with a unique, low headloss design. The unit features heavy-duty construction and provides effective operation in tough applications such as tar sands and dredging, as well as sewage and sludge waste and process lines. The shredder reduces solids to fine bits with a unique, high-flow, spherical rotor design. It aggressively reduces tough solids from wood, rags, plastics, agglomerates, sands, oil waste, petrified wood and more with its powerful, high-torque design. The SUPER SHREDDER is simple to install in straight-through pipe systems and connects via 150-pound ANSI-drilled flanges. The 24-inch unit is driven by a direct-coupled gear drive that employs up to a 50 hp motor. The unit is provided with mechanical seals rated for up to 300 psi. 973-535-9200;

QED Environmental Systems Torpedo G1275 pumps
QED Environmental Systems’ Torpedo G1275 pumps are a series of large-body pumps designed for aggressive pumping applications. The pumps work by using a powerful stirring motion in the influent stream to allow slurries and solids to pass through. To prevent failure, the pumps are constructed of cast iron and stainless steel, and fitted with heavy-duty bearings and seals. The hardened, high-chrome impeller assembly can pass solids that would stall other pumps. An HDPE-encapsulated body, stainless steel water jacket and polymer power cable help the pumps resist corrosion. A 5-hp motor provides the torque required for pumping silt, slurry and solid contaminants. 734-995-2547;
