CHEM-FEED Engineered Skid Systems are efficient, tough and lightweight. These complete systems come equipped with all necessary components for simple, operator-friendly, drop-in-place installation. Wiring is easily accessed at the rear of the unit for quick connections. 

The CHEM-FEED skids are well suited for use in municipal and water and wastewater treatment systems. They feature construction of lightweight, rugged and chemical resistant polyethylene and preloaded components, which include a 4,000 mL calibration column, pressure gauge, pulsation dampener, inlet Y strainer, leak-free threadless connections, and built-in spill containment. Single, double and triple pump skid systems are available.

The rugged design of the Flex-Pro M-2, M-3 and M-4 pumps easily handle the precise, dependable feed requirements of critical municipal applications. Feed rates range from 0.004 to 35.19 gph and pressures of up to 125 psi. 

The Flex-Pro peristaltic pumps have the high turndown ratios for precision control and high-resolution motor speed. These units will not vapor lock or lose prime. Input is 4-20mA, 0-10Vdc, and Pulse inputs for remote external or batch control and 0-30 VDC/ contact closure remote start/stop. 

Units are NSF STD61, ETL, CE listed. NEMA 4X / lP66 rate. Blue-White is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
