Flex-Pro peristaltic metering pumps are currently offered in three model sizes — all of which are designed to deliver smooth quiet pumping action and precise chemical feed.

Peristaltic metering pumps have proven to be an excellent alternative to solenoid pumps. The low-velocity injection system of peristaltic pumps provides a more gentle and efficient pumping action, eliminating the destructive forces that solenoid-type diaphragm pumps can have on piping systems.

With peristaltic metering pumps there’s no need for pulsation dampeners and expensive piping systems. Another advantage of peristaltic pumps is that there are no costly rebuild kits.

Flex-Pro units offer exclusive heavy-duty pump head tubing in multiple sizes and material options to meet a wide range of chemical compatibility requirements. The Multi-Tube design delivers tube life up to four times longer than average single tubes. Because of the extended tube life, pump maintenance and related costs associated with labor and parts are greatly reduced.

Flex-Pro pumps are engineered to be rugged and efficient with two CNC machined rollers and two alignment rollers for optimum squeeze and tube life. The single-piece, heavy-duty rotor means no flexing and increased accuracy, with no metal springs or hinges to corrode.

The sturdy pump head cover is a clear acrylic that has been annealed for added strength and chemical resistance. There are no tools required for pump head cover removal during routine maintenance allowing for quick and easy access.

Flex-Pro peristaltic pumps help provide solutions in several water and wastewater treatment industries. Two examples are:

Mammoth Water District, located in the Sierra Mountain Range in northeastern California, utilizes the ProSeries-M M-3 to inject sodium hypochlorite and ferric chloride to remove arsenic in the well water that the town uses as drinking water.

Consolidated Waterworks, in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, needed more control over their liquid ammonium sulfate feed system. Terrebonne Parish treatment plant used the ProSeries-M M-3 metering pumps to keep the feed system at set point levels successfully.

Flex-Pro units are manufactured in the U.S.A. and are NSF, ETL, CE listed. NEMA 4X / lP66 rated. Blue-White is ISO 9001:2015 Certified. Output rates range from 17.2 gph up to 158 gph at max pressure of 125 psi.
