FLEXFLO peristaltic dosing pumps are currently offered in three model sizes to accommodate a wide range of chemical feed requirements. Every unit is designed to deliver smooth, quiet pumping action and precise chemical dosing.

FLEXFLO peristaltic units offer Blue-White’s exclusive Flex-A-Prene pump tubes. The pump tubes are offered in multiple sizes and material options, and are designed to meet a wide range of chemical compatibility requirements.

The Flex-A-Prene Multi-Tube design delivers tube life up to four times longer than average single tubes. Because of the extended tube life, pump maintenance and related costs are greatly reduced.

FLEXFLO pumps are engineered to be rugged and efficient, with two CNC machined rollers and two alignment rollers for optimum squeeze and tube life. The single-piece heavy-duty rotor means no flexing and increased accuracy, with no metal springs or hinges to corrode.

The sturdy pump head cover is clear acrylic for viewing pumping action, and this cover is annealed for added strength and chemical resistance. There are no tools required for pump head cover removal during routine maintenance, allowing for quick and easy access.

FLEXFLO M peristaltic pumps help provide solutions in a number of application types. Two examples are:

Mammoth Water District, located in the Sierra Mountain Range in North Eastern California, utilizes the M3 peristaltic dosing pump to inject sodium hypochlorite and ferric chloride to remove arsenic in the well water that the town uses as drinking water.

Consolidated Waterworks, in Terrebonne Parish, Louisiana, needed more control over their liquid ammonium sulfate feed system. The Terrebonne Parish treatment plant used the M3 dosing pumps to keep the feed system at set point levels successfully.

FLEXFLO peristaltic dosining pumps are manufactured in the U.S., and are NSF61, ETL, CE listed and NEMA 4X/lP66 rated. Blue-White is ISO 9001:2015 certified. Output rates range from 17.2 gph up to 158 gph at max pressure of 125 psi.
