Looking for a complete skid system? Blue-White engineers have done the planning for you with the efficient, prefabricated small-footprint design of Chem-Feed skid systems. The operator-friendly system offers easy installation — simply drop the skid system in place and make your connections. Wiring is easily accessed at the rear of the unit.

Chem-Feed single or dual pump skids are constructed of 6061-T6 powdercoated, welded aluminum that is lightweight to accommodate either wall or floor mounting. Additional benefits include a metal-free check valve that protects the operator from backflow during maintenance; and a drip containment tray, removable for easy cleaning. Each unit is factory built and rigorously tested.

The tough and efficient Chem-Feed skid system is ideally suited for use in and water and wastewater treatment applications when paired with Blue-White’s ProSeries line of Chem-Pro C2 and C3 diaphragm metering pumps.

Chem-Pro C2 and C3 feature remote start/stop; optional 4-20 mA output; advanced communication protocol options (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, Etc.); max feed rate of 40 gallons per hour and feed rate resolution of 0.1 percent; max pressures of 175 psi; and Nema 4X washdown/IP66.
