Synagro Technologies has acquired of the assets of the HyPex Inc. Centrifuge Repair Service business. The acquisition complements Synagro’s stable of dewatering services and now provides customers with services that include maintenance, process optimization, and emergency repair to reduce downtime and increase productivity. “HyPex is a strategic acquisition for Synagro as it enables us to bring better, faster solutions to our customers, both on an emergent basis and as part of standard operations,” said Bill Massa, president and CEO.
